Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in the Greater Boston area is seeking a licensed Project Manager to lead HVAC and sheet metal installations across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Qualifications

• Active Sheetmetal or HVAC license is required.
• Experience managing complex, high‑value HVAC or sheet metal installations.
• Strong understanding of job costing and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline management of large HVAC/sheet metal installations from start to inspection.
• Lead a small team of Project Managers to ensure operations and client satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, labor, and materials to maximize profitability and trigger commissions.
• Ensure installations meet company standards and local codes.
