Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in the Greater Boston Area (Malden / Haverhill, MA) is seeking a Licensed Project Manager for HVAC & Sheetmetal. The role oversees a pipeline up to $8M annually and offers competitive base salary between $85,000 and $130,000 with performance incentives.

You will join a tight-knit leadership team and lead high-value installations with a focus on quality and cost control. Ideal candidates hold active HVAC or sheetmetal licenses, with proven experience in complex projects,

Competenze

• Active Sheetmetal or HVAC license required.
• Proven background in managing high-value HVAC or sheet metal projects.
• Strong budget management and job costing knowledge.
• Ability to lead a small established team and maintain morale.

Mansioni

• Oversee HVAC and sheet metal installation projects from inception to final inspection.
• Lead a team of up to three Project Managers to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage budgets, labor, and materials to maximize net profit margins.
• Ensure installations meet 35-year standard and local codes.
