Job summary

Management Performance Associates in the Greater Boston area is seeking a licensed Project Manager to oversee high-value HVAC and sheet metal installations, with a pipeline totaling up to $8 million annually. You will lead planning, budgeting, and client satisfaction while working within a tight-knit team of three PMs.

Qualifications

• Active Sheetmetal or HVAC licensure required.
• Proven experience managing complex, high-value HVAC or sheet metal installations.
• Strong business acumen with budget, cost, and job costing understanding.
• Leadership skills to integrate into an established team and sustain morale.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline management of large HVAC/sheet metal installations from start to inspection.
• Lead a small team of Project Managers to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, labor, and materials to maximize net profit and commissions.
• Ensure installations comply with state/local codes and our 35-year standard.
