Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an active Sheetmetal or HVAC license, has proven high‑value project experience, and strong budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Active Sheetmetal or HVAC license required.
• Proven track record managing high‑value HVAC or sheet metal installations.
• Strong budgeting, job costing, and budget management skills.
• Ability to lead a small team and maintain morale and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline management of HVAC and sheet metal installations from inception to final inspection.
• Team leadership within a small PM group to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, labor, and materials to maximize net profit margins and enable commission bonuses.
• Ensure all installations meet the company’s 35-year standard and comply with state and local codes.
