Qualifications

• Must hold an active Sheetmetal or HVAC license.
• Proven background in managing high‑value HVAC or sheet metal installations.
• Strong understanding of job costing, project netting, and budget management.
• Ability to lead a small team and maintain high morale and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management: oversee HVAC and sheet metal installation projects from inception to final inspection.
• Team Leadership: collaborate within a team of up to three Project Managers to ensure seamless operations.
• Profitability & Efficiency: manage budgets, labor, and materials to maximize net margins and trigger commissions.
• Quality Control: ensure installations meet a 35-year standard and comply with codes.
