• Pipeline Management: oversee large HVAC and sheet metal installations from inception to inspection.
• Team Leadership: collaborate within a PM team to ensure seamless operations.
• Profitability & Efficiency: manage budgets, labor, and materials to maximize net profit.
• Quality Control: ensure installations meet a 35-year standard and codes.
