Responsibilities

• Pipeline management: Oversee HVAC and sheet metal installations from inception to final inspection.
• Team leadership: Work with a small PM team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Profitability & efficiency: Manage budgets, labor, and materials to maximize net profit margins and trigger bonuses.
• Quality control: Ensure installations meet codes and the company 35-year standard of excellence.
