Confident Search Consultants in the Greater Boston area (Malden / Haverhill, MA) is seeking a Licensed Project Manager for HVAC and sheet metal. You will oversee large-scale installations and lead a small team, coordinating from inception to inspection.

The role offers a base salary of $85,000 to $130,000, with 8% project commissions on qualifying jobs, a strong 401(k) match, and long-term career stability in a well-established firm.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Sheetmetal or HVAC license is required.
• Experience managing complex, high‑value HVAC or sheet metal installations.
• Strong understanding of job costing, project netting, and budget management.
• Ability to lead a well‑established team and maintain morale and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management: Oversee and coordinate large-scale HVAC and sheet metal installation projects from inception to final inspection.
• Team Leadership: Work with a small team of Project Managers to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Profitability & Efficiency: Manage budgets, labor, and materials to maximize net profit and trigger commissions.
• Quality Control: Ensure installations meet the company’s standards and comply with codes.
