Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager (Portfolio) to oversee multiple associations in the Orlando/Longwood area.

The role emphasizes coordinating with boards, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exemplary service while advancing company goals. The ideal candidate has a Florida CAM license and prior community management experience, with strong communication, organization, and a proactive work approach.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid Florida CAM license.
• Previous community management experience required.
• Professional, organized, and self-motivated.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community
• Attend, prepare for, and participate in annual and general meetings
• Manage vendor proposals and contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance and architectural requests and approvals
• Coordinate employees such as janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others
• Collect all invoices and code for payment, and follow up on monthly assessments due
• Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel
• Prepare manager reports and financial summaries for the boards
• Manage the onboarding and exit of associations
