Job summary

AllHealth Network seeks a licensed Therapist to join its Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) program. You will provide trauma‑informed, evidence‑based care to justice‑involved individuals within the Denver County Competency Court context, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and documentation in our EHR, while ensuring regulatory compliance and program goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited graduate institution required.
• Licensed or license-eligible (LAC, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
• Minimum of two years post-graduate clinical experience in behavioral health, substance use, and/or criminal justice settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic engagement.
• Knowledge of DSM-5, recovery-oriented care, and trauma-informed treatment principles.
• Experience working with individuals and families experiencing mental health, behavioral health, and substance use conditions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, clinical judgment, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and PC-based software including Word and Excel.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Address criminogenic risk with CBT to reduce recidivism.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and documentation to meet standards.
• Serve clients with serious mental illness with prior arrests.
• Apply sanctions/incentives from criminal justice agencies and provide supervision.
• Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Demonstrate de-escalation techniques in high-stress settings.
• Manage crises including suicidal ideation, psychosis, or distress.
• Complete assessments, care plans, evaluations, and therapy.
• Apply evidence-based models: CBT, solution-focused, MI, ACT, DBT.
• Collaborate with case managers, nurses, and psychiatric providers.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in EHR.
• Maintain professional relationships with community and agencies.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow AllHealth Network policies and procedures.
