Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Two years’ experience working with youth or families.
• Current Family Centered Treatment Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide FCT clinical services to children, adolescents, and families in home and community settings.
• Deliver and document FCT services with fidelity and required checkoffs.
• Coordinate treatment planning and communicate with the Treatment Team.
