Expect to coach technicians, drive maintenance strategy, and partner with store leadership to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Requires active HVAC/R Contractor license and EPA certification, plus 3–5 years in facilities or related fields. Local travel ~50% with a strong focus on safety and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R contractor license in good standing required.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• 3–5 years of facilities management experience.
• Strong HVAC/mechanical knowledge.
• Leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of facilities maintenance technicians.
• Oversee HVAC/R and general building maintenance across assigned locations.
• Partner with Store Managers and Facilities Services leaders to identify facility needs.
• Use reporting and analytics to improve equipment reliability and maintenance performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed.
• Maintain contractor licensing and compliance with regulations.
• Secure permits and coordinate inspections for codes and safety.
• Conduct site inspections to support safety, quality and compliance.
