Job summary

Oakley in Cerritos, CA is seeking a Licensed Sales Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager and lead the sales team in achieving revenue and service goals.

You will guide the team, ensure brand standards, and deliver top-tier customer experiences while controlling expenses and protecting assets. The role requires retail leadership, product knowledge, and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience within a specialty environment.
• 1+ year of retail management experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to develop and train staff.
• Ability to be on your feet most of the day and move on the sales floor.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and maneuver merchandise.
• Physical tasks include bending, kneeling and reaching as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in frame selection and coordinate with prescriptions.
• Provide optical service as required by state law.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism.
• Achieve high levels of sales performance and results.
• Assign duties and support staffing schedules.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and displays.
