Oakley in Los Cerritos, CA is seeking a Licensed Store Manager to lead a team and deliver the Oakley Experience for customers.

You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, drive sales, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain brand standards. This role requires an opticianry license or ABO certification and 1+ year retail management experience. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected; bilingual applicants are preferred.

Qualifications

• Opticianry license or ABO certification required by state law.
• 3+ years of retail sales experience in a specialty environment.
• 1+ years retail management experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Bilingual in preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate with optical measurements and prescriptions.
• Manage optical service to customers per state law with professionalism.
• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Recruit and train staff, provide feedback and set goals.
• Oversee store visuals, inventory, and payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.
