Oakley in San Diego is seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor to support the store manager, lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance. You will train staff, assign tasks, schedule shifts, and ensure visual standards and asset protection.

Responsibilities include coordinating restocking, maintaining policy compliance, and supporting all revenue, profit, and customer service objectives while managing daily operations.

Qualificações

• Two years of retail experience in a specialized environment is required.
• At least one year of retail management experience is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with relationship-building ability.
• Ability to train staff and develop their skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Bilingual capability is required.
