Job summary

European Wax Center in Winfield, IL seeks licensed estheticians and cosmetologists to join our wax specialist development program and advance to Peer Trainer, coaching new hires on the floor.

As a Wax Specialist and Peer Trainer you will perform waxing services, educate guests on routines and products, and model EWC standards while building guest loyalty and maintaining a clean, guest-ready suite.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosme­tology license as required by state regulations.
• Interest in waxing hair removal.
• Strong history of performance and professionalism.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing services following EWC protocols and safety standards.
• Educate guests on waxing routines and products.
• Coach new Wax Specialists through hands-on training and feedback.
• Lead virtual peer-based workshops on guest experience and product knowledge.
• Observe Wax Specialists and provide feedback based on EWC expectations.
• Meet metrics for services per ticket and retail product sales.
