EWC Growth LLC is seeking Licensed Estheticians & Cosmetologists to join the Wax Specialist & Peer Trainer development program. You will perform waxing services while developing new hires and serving as a on-the-floor role model and coach at multiple Chicago-area centers.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
• Interest in waxing hair removal.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing services per EWC protocols and safety standards.
• Create a welcoming, professional guest experience.
• Educate guests on waxing routines and products.
• Build guest loyalty through personalized service and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized wax suite.
• Meet or exceed service and retail metrics.
• Lead and coach new Wax Specialists with hands-on training.
