Mr. Electric of Wichita is hiring an Electrician in Wichita, KS. The role offers a true performance-based compensation structure with a salary target of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, uncapped.

You will work with a tight-knit team, earn a comprehensive benefits package after 90 days, and have opportunities for growth and autonomy in a supportive environment. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of electrical experience, a valid license, and are comfortable communicating with customers.

• 2+ years of hands-on electrical experience (residential, light commercial, or mixed background).
• Licensed electrician required.
• Comfortable explaining solutions clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Solve customer electrical issues from simple installations to complex troubleshooting.
• Install and service fixtures, panels, grounding, generators, and more.
• Price projects and document work using ServiceTitan on iPad.

Responsibilities

• Solve customer electrical issues—from simple installations to complex troubleshooting
• Install and service:
  • Light fixtures, fans, switches, receptacles, GFCIs
  • Panels, grounding, generators, and more
• Perform complex troubleshooting and quality control testing
• Educate customers on repair vs. replacement options
• Price projects and document work using ServiceTitan on iPad
• Identify materials and quantities needed for jobs
• Maintain a safe work environment and leave homes safer than you found them
• Keep company vehicle clean and well maintained

  Skills & Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on residential services electrical experience
  • Licensed
  • Comfortable working with customers and explaining solutions clearly
  • Strong iPad / technology skills (ServiceTitan experience a plus—we’ll train the right person)
  • Physically able to work in attics, crawlspaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must own hand and power tools
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass background check, drug test, and MVR
  • High school diploma or GED
