Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential electrical work experience.
• Journeyman license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain repair vs replacement options to customers.
• Knowledge of safe tool use and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Service, install, reconnect, and upgrade electrical systems and related heating/AC equipment and water heaters.
• Interact with customers, listen to concerns, and proactively solve problems.
• Maintain truck inventory and document work.
• Troubleshoot residential electrical issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure adherence to codes.

Essential Job Functions

• Service, Install, reconnect, and upgrade electrical s ystems as well as heating and air conditioning equipment, a nd water heaters
• Serve c ustomer s by analyzing work orders, following a daily travel schedule, listening to c ustomer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems
• Maintain your truck inventory
• Troubleshoot & diagnose residential electrical issues
• Provide the best customer service possible to our c ustomer s
• Adhere to local and state codes
• Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems
• Identify , repair, or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using testing devices, and various tool s

Required Qualifications

• 3 + years of experience of residential electrical work
• Journeyman License or able to obtain within 6 months (preferred)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to provide repair versus replacement options to customers
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
• High School Diploma or GED
• Clean driving record
• Basic computer skills, ability to use an iPad to document workl?
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language

Preferred Qualifications

• Service Titan experience
• Sales experience

Compensation & Hours

• Commission Pay based on experience
• Hours: 7:0 a.m. - 5:0 p.m. (flexible start and end times dependent on business needs)
• Days: Monday - Friday, on call rotation
