Qualifications

• Licensed Electrician with state license required.
• Experience leading a facility maintenance team.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 50% within the regional area to oversee facilities.- Maintain mechanical licenses in applicable state.
• Coordinate with Store Managers, Facility Services Leadership and vendors.
• Prepare reports and analytics on maintenance performance.
• Ensure permits and inspections are completed per codes.
