Walmart is seeking a licensed Manager/Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of Walmart facilities across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably for associates and customers, with approximately 50% travel and required contractor licensure.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of general facilities services/building maintenance experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50% within the region and maintain Mechanical Contractor Licenses.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed.
• Reporting and analytics.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses.
• Participate in training programs and conduct site inspections to monitor compliance and quality standards.
• Obtain and schedule inspections and permits as required by codes.
