Walmart is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager/Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance for facilities within a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring efficient, safe, and sustainable operations while supporting associates and customers.

The role offers a comprehensive compensation package including a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a salary range of $90,000–$180,000, and eligibility for bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience is required.
• Leadership skills to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Problem solving with root-cause analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel region 50% or more to oversee facilities across sites.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Prepare reports and analytics on maintenance performance.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and regulatory compliance.
• Schedule inspections and obtain necessary permits as required by codes.
