Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and provisional diagnoses under supervision.
• Provide therapeutic interventions within licensure scope and supervision.
• Develop trauma-informed, strengths-based treatment plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain Medicaid-compliant documentation and participate in supervision.
