Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Ohio license as LSW or LPC is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid billing is preferred.
• Trauma-informed engagement skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and provisional diagnoses under supervision
• Provide therapeutic and supportive interventions within licensure scope
• Develop and update treatment plans using trauma-informed, strengths-based principles
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain Medicaid-compliant documentation
• Participate in supervision, case reviews, and required training
• Provide services in office, school, community, or telehealth settings; travel may be required
• Meet productivity and quality expectations
