Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Social Worker or Counselor to provide direct behavioral health services across office, school, community, or telehealth settings in the Fairfield County area. Active LSW or LPC in Ohio is required; travel may be needed based on program needs.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling or related field preferred.
• Licensed and active in Ohio as LSW or LPC required.
• Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to bill Medicaid without restrictions required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and provisional diagnoses under supervision.
• Provide therapeutic interventions within licensure and supervision.
• Develop trauma-informed, strengths-based treatment plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain Medicaid-compliant documentation.
• Participate in supervision, case reviews, and required trainings.
• Deliver services in office, school, community, or telehealth settings; travel may be required.
