Ashton North LLC in Shelby, MT seeks a Licensed Counselor (LCPC or LCSW) for a dual-site role serving school-based health center and a community outpatient clinic. The position offers flexibility, autonomy in clinical practice, and meaningful work with children and adults.

Responsibilities include outpatient counseling, assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Relocation incentive and sign-on bonus are available.

Formación

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required.
• Fully licensed only (no provisional licenses).
• Open to all experience levels, including newly licensed clinicians.
• Willing to work with children (pediatric experience helpful).

Responsabilidades

• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults.
• Work across two settings: school-based health center and outpatient clinic.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document care.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
