Job summary

Symetria Recovery is seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide outpatient addiction treatment with a focus on MAT in Texas. The role includes comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning, and both individual and group counseling.

Applicants should hold LPC/LPC-S/LMFT/LCSW/LCDC credentials, have 1–3 years of counseling experience, and be proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office. Competitive hourly compensation for on-site outpatient care.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in substance use counseling.
• Licensure as LPC, LPC-S, LMFT, LCSW, or LCDC in the state of employment.
• Knowledge of MAT/OTP regulations and treatment protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ substance use history and treatment needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans and progress in EMR systems.
• Deliver individual counseling sessions and lead group counseling to support recovery.
