Symetria Recovery is seeking a Program Director to lead a busy outpatient clinic in Texas, overseeing staff performance, staffing, and compliance. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, ensure evidence-based care, and actively participate in performance improvement and revenue-driving activities.

The role requires advanced clinical leadership, Texas licensure eligibility, and experience in MAT settings, with a focus on patient-centered outcomes and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Current Texas licensure or certification in relevant field.
• Two+ years of experience in behavioral health or SUD treatment.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and strategic direction of the clinic’s employees’ performance.
• Recruit and hire clinic staff and ensure onboarding.
• Provide performance monitoring and annual evaluations.
• Address employee concerns and conflicts per policy.
• Meet KPI targets including patient satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise staff and foster a high-performing team.
• Ensure care is evidence-based and patient-centered.
• Perform direct patient services when needed and supervise staff.
