Integral Care in Austin, TX is seeking a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) or Intern to support individuals in a MAT program. You will provide counseling, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery.

The role requires a valid LCDC license or active LCDC-CI, a driver's license, and 1-2 years of direct client care in mental health or substance use services. This full-time position includes regular hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current LCDC license or actively pursuing LCDC-CI.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• 1–2 years of direct client care in mental health or substance use services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with MAT and behavioral health components.
• Provide counseling and support to build coping skills and motivation.
• Monitor adherence to medication regimes and assess side effects.
• Collaborate with medical professionals for integrated care.
• Facilitate group therapy and support recovery strategies.
• Assist clients with housing, employment, and social services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and interventions.
