Job summary

Spero Health, INC. is seeking a licensed Counselor or Social Worker to join our integrated care team. You will work with patients receiving counseling, case management, and medically assisted treatment to help save lives and restore relationships.

The role emphasizes comprehensive care, education, and collaboration with the clinic to support recovery goals in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field (psychology, sociology, social work, family studies, human services, counseling, nursing, or similar) OR High School Diploma with CDCA licensure.
• 1 year of full-time employment or internship in a human-services setting OR Master's in behavioral science as defined above.
• LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LIMFT, LCDCII, LCDC, LICDC licensure required or eligible

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessment and ongoing patient care.
• Provide counseling to patients through evidence-based practices.
• Provide patient education and support.
• Ensure accountability of treatment program and patient compliance through collaboration.
• Assist patients in creating realistic goals toward recovery from addiction.
• Maintain HIPAA and CFR42 Part 2 compliance as a clinic resource

Education

Bachelor's degree in a human services field or CDCA licensure
