Spero Health in Madisonville, KY is seeking a licensed Counselor or Social Worker to join our integrated care team. You will provide counseling, case management and medically assisted treatment to patients in a collaborative clinic environment.

We offer support for professional growth, CEU reimbursement, loan forgiveness programs and comprehensive benefits to help patients save lives and restore relationships.

Qualificações

• Education: Master’s degree in a human services field (psychology, sociology, social work, family studies, human services, counseling, nursing, or another related degree).
• License/certification: CSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, LCADC-A, LCADC required or preferred.
• Experience: 1 year full-time or internship in a human-services setting.
• Must be licensed for Counselor/Social Worker practice.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial assessment and ongoing patient care.
• Provide counseling to patients through evidenced-based practice.
• Provide patient education.
• Ensure accountability of treatment program and patient compliance through collaboration.
• Assist patients in creating goals toward recovery from addiction.
