Job summary

Ramseur Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Ramseur, NC, seeks a qualified COTA to join our rehab team. You will provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to residents under the supervision of an OTR, document progress, and participate in care planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program (BA/AS) recognized by AOTA.
• Holds current NC license/registration for OT.
• SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under OTR supervision.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients and refer to rehab as needed.
• Document daily participation and progress with timely co-signature by OTR.
• Ensure medical orders for treatments, re-certifications and discharges.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to state guidelines.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and participate in meetings.
