Madison Reed is seeking a Hair Color Bar Assistant in Reston, VA to support Licensed Colorists and drive guest satisfaction. You will learn services, assist with consultations, and help guests choose products while upholding brand standards.

You will train toward promotion to Licensed Colorist; role involves learning color theory, service execution, and sales of memberships and subscriptions. Compensation includes base pay, commissions, and tips.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state where applying.
• Entry level experience in customer service or retail sales; salon/beauty industry preferred.
• Effective communication, problem solving and people skills in a fast-paced retail/salon environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems and checkout processes.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate teamwork to provide guest experience aligned with our values.
• Assist in finishing services, shampooing and conditioning, styling, blowouts, and color add-ons per guest request.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and KPIs including retail, services, and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security in the Hair Color Bar.
• Follow Madison Reed systems, policies, processes and procedures.
