Madison Reed is seeking a Hair Color Bar Assistant to support Licensed Colorists and Shift Lead, learning services and progressing toward a Licensed Colorist role. You will engage guests, assist with consultations, and help manage the Color Bar as a learning professional in a dynamic beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state you are applying.
• Entry level experience in customer service or retail sales; salon or beauty industry preferred.
• Effective communication and people skills in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate teamwork to deliver a guest experience aligned with company values.
• Assist in behind-the-chair services: shampooing, finishing services, styling and additions per guest request.
• Support monthly sales goals including retail, services, and memberships.
• Ensure cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security at the Hair Color Bar.
• Adhere to Madison Reed systems, policies, and procedures.
• Help drive revenue by promoting services, memberships, subscriptions and home care products.
