Madison Reed Hair Color Bar is seeking an enthusiastic Hair Color Bar Assistant who supports Licensed Colorists and the Shift Lead to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will assist with consultations, hair care products, shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, and membership services while learning services toward promotion to a Licensed Colorist.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state you are applying.
• Entry level experience in customer service or retail, salon or beauty industry preferred.
• Effective communication and people skills for fast-paced retail/salon environments.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate teamwork to provide guest experience aligned with company values.
• Assist in finishing services, shampooing, conditioning, styling, blowouts, and color-related tasks per guest request.
• Contribute to monthly sales goals including retail, services, and memberships.
