Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state you are applying.
• Entry level customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems (POS).
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Licensed Colorists and Shift Lead to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Help with shampooing, conditioning, styling, blowouts, and color services as requested.
• Support sales goals through retail, services, and membership campaigns.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and security of the Hair Color Bar.
