Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state you are applying.
• Entry level experience in customer service or retail; salon/beauty industry preferred.
• Effective communication, problem solving and people skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in finishing services and shampooing/conditioning, styling, blowouts, hot tool styling, and toner applications per guest request.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals including retail, services, and memberships.
• Ensure Hair Color Bar meets cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security standards.
• Adhere to Madison Reed policies and procedures.
• Help drive revenue through additional services and memberships.
• Support Colorist training and growth toward licensed role.
