Associa in Willowbrook, IL seeks an onsite Community Association Manager to oversee a condo community, attend board meetings, perform inspections, and coordinate events as required by the management agreement.

You will prepare agendas and reports, manage annual disclosure packages and financial statements, supervise vendors, oversee ARB processes, monitor collections, and serve as the primary liaison with homeowners and the Board.

Formación

• Must have CAM license for Illinois.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Knowledge of communities/property/real estate and homeowners associations.
• Knowledge of the role of the association board, the Community Association Manager, and how those roles interface with the requests of homeowners.
• Proficiency in professional business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling).
• Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Attend board meetings and attend client associations as needed.
• Prepare agendas, update management reports, and compile documents for Board meeting packages.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages, annual meeting notifications, and annual financial statement packages for homeowners; arrange bulk mailing.
• Update homeowner and association information in system files.
• Coordinate and/or oversee inspection of building facilities and common areas; arrange follow-up actions.
• Supervise the operation and administration of the Association in accordance with the management agreement and policies.
• Act as liaison with the Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Perform administrative and management duties as requested by the Board.
• Develop and utilize association management tools (calendar, action items, budgets, etc.).
• Review monthly financial reports and submit management summaries to the Board.
• Provide recommendations to the Board on major capital expenditures.
• Oversee ARB applications and on-site inspections.
