Forth Group is seeking an experienced HOA Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for downtown Chicago area associations. You will collaborate with boards, homeowners, and vendors to uphold community standards and drive improvements.

The role requires HOA management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain CAM licensure in Illinois with support provided by the company. A proactive, organized approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing condo associations or HOAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain CAM license in Illinois; support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Govern HOA governance: serve as primary point of contact for board and homeowners.
• Manage budget, delinquencies, and financial reporting.
• Oversee vendor/contractor bids, supervision, and inspections.
• Facilitate communications, events, and engagement with the community.
• Ensure compliance with HOA laws and regulations at all levels.
• Mediate disputes and coordinate emergency response planning.
