You will work with a collaborative team and handle communications with clients using established workflows.

Responsibilities include managing daily account needs, conducting coverage analyses, and closing new business while leveraging AMS 360 and rating portals.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong awareness of AMS 360 data integrity.
• Prior Commercial and/or personal lines insurance experience.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools, Teams, Outlook, and rating portals.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to agency expansion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day needs of assigned accounts.
• Conduct coverage analyses and loss reviews.
• Identify additional exposures and cross-sell appropriate coverage.
• Close new business aligned with agency goals.
• Respond to clients clearly, promptly, and professionally.
• Maintain organized workflows using agency technology.
