Integrated Insurance Solutions of Massachusetts in Framingham, MA is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager. You will manage an established book of commercial clients, partner with producers, and own the client experience in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• At least three years of commercial lines experience within an insurance agency.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverage and terminology.
• Experience managing client relationships and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while being an effective member of a team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and commercial insurance rating systems.
• Experience with Applied EPIC or a comparable agency management system.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with an established book of commercial clients.
• Partner with producers to onboard and service new accounts.
• Coordinate the renewal process, including gathering information, reviewing coverage needs, preparing submissions, and working with carriers.
• Review policies and coverage to help ensure accuracy and identify potential gaps or changing client needs.
• Respond to client questions and service requests accurately and promptly.
• Work with insurance carriers and underwriters to resolve coverage, pricing, and service issues.
• Support clients with endorsements, certificates, claims questions, and other ongoing insurance needs.
• Maintain accurate and complete account information within the agency management system.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand coverage where appropriate.
• Collaborate with colleagues across IIS to provide responsive, high-quality client service.
