Job summary

The successful candidate will manage a book of business, handle renewals, rate policies, and quote clients, using AMS360 and Microsoft Office. A current P&C license and at least 3 years of middle market/small commercial experience are required, with strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• P&C license required.
• Experience with AMS360 or similar system.
• Minimum 3 years middle market/small commercial experience.
• Strong admin and computing skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and client service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business for existing commercial lines.
• Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
• Review book for cross-selling and account round opportunities.
• Document information in AMS360.
• Rate policies and complete all insurance applications.
• Prepare and present quotes to clients and prospects.
• Educate clients about coverage options.
• Work with direct and wholesale providers.
