Job summary

Risman Insurance Agencies in Massachusetts is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service and grow a book of commercial clients, handling renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries with a focus on accuracy and proactive service.

You will work with experienced teams, maintain AMS360 documentation, and collaborate with producers to support retention and cross-sell opportunities. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with on-site collaboration and one work-from-home day per week.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of existing commercial lines accounts.
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, certificates, and claims support.
• Prepare insurance submissions, rate policies, and complete applications.
• Review accounts for cross-selling and account rounding opportunities.
• Prepare and present quotes and coverage options to clients and prospects.
• Communicate with direct and wholesale insurance carriers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the agency management system (AMS360).
• Provide proactive, professional, and responsive service to clients.
• Collaborate with producers and internal team members to support account retention and growth.
