Madison Reed is seeking Licensed Colorists for our Hair Color Bar in Miami. You will deliver color services, consult with guests, and drive sales of memberships and products. You will maintain high standards of service, stay on schedule, and contribute to a positive, team-driven environment.

The role offers base hourly pay plus commissions and tips, with earnings range typically between $38 and $40 per hour depending on performance, tenure, and bookings. Availability at peak times is required.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state you are applying.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair within a salon environment.
• Effective communication, problem solving and people skills in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate teamwork to provide a guest experience aligned with our values.
• Provide consultations and all services on the menu with quality standards.
• Assist guests in product and color selection while staying on time for bookings.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and KPIs (retail, services, memberships).
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security in the Hair Color Bar.
• Adhere to Madison Reed systems, policies, processes, and procedures.
• Drive revenue through service tickets, memberships, subscriptions, and home care sales.
• Grow through ongoing training and product knowledge.
