Madison Reed is seeking Licensed Colorists for the Hair Color Bar to deliver expert color consultations and high-quality service. You will perform shampoo, styling, and chemical treatments while ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state where applying.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair within a salon environment.
• Effective communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations and all services offered on the menu, including shampooing, conditioning, styling, and chemical services to high quality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate teamwork to deliver a guest experience aligned with company values.
• Assist guests in product/color selection while adapting to business needs and bookings.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals including retail, services, and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security at the Hair Color Bar.
• Adhere to Madison Reed systems, policies, processes and procedures.
• Grow revenue through higher service tickets and upsells like memberships and home care products.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on MR products and services.
• Support the training of Assistant Colorists through coaching.
