Madison Reed Hair Color Bar in Miami seeks a licensed colorist to join our guest-focused team, delivering color services, consultations, and product recommendations with confidence.

The role supports a busy salon environment, offers base hourly pay plus commissions and tips, and may be full or part time depending on needs. You will help guests select colors, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and participate in training to stay current with MR products.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state you are applying.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair in a salon.
• Effective communication and strong people skills in a fast-paced retail/salon.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations and all services on the menu to 100% guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate teamwork and guest experience aligned with company values.
• Assist guests in selecting products and colors and stay on time for bookings.
• Support sales goals through retail, services, and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security.
• Follow Madison Reed systems, policies, and procedures.
• Grow revenue through additional services, memberships, subscriptions, and home care.
