Job summary

Daybreak Health in Dallas is seeking a high-volume Recruiter to own the full recruiting cycle for licensed therapists, counselors, and social workers delivering youth mental health care. You will move fast, engage candidates, and collaborate with clinical leadership to fill seats with clinicians who fit clinically and culturally.

You’ll source widely, manage pipelines across multiple states, and partner with credentialing and onboarding teams to ensure a strong start for every new hire.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare or licensed fields.
• Experience managing a full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer.
• Comfort working with high candidate volume across multiple open roles.
• Experience using an ATS to track candidates and pipeline stages.

Responsibilities

• Actively source and engage licensed clinicians through job boards, outreach, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple states.
• Conduct video screens to assess licensure, experience, and fit for our patient population.
• Coordinate and support the interview process with clinical leadership.
• Partner with credentialing and onboarding teams to set new hires up for a strong start.
• Keep candidate records and pipeline stages accurate and up to date in the ATS.
• Write and maintain clear, compelling job postings.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline health.
