Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a licensed clinician for its Mesa, AZ Stapley Drive location. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week with day shifts and occasional evening shifts. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, with an emphasis on assessments, individual and group sessions.

Arizona license (LCSW, LPC, LMSW, or LAC) in good standing is required, EMDR trained is a plus. Compensation includes salary steps and in-office benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related discipline or licensed/eligible for Arizona license.
• Experience providing outpatient counseling or behavioral health services.
• Ability to develop therapeutic relationships and implement interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to adults, children, families and groups.
• Participate in treatment planning for individuals and families.
• Complete intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning.
• Conduct group counseling using evidence-based practices and document progress.
• Coordinate services with state, federal, and local agencies as needed.
