Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a licensed Clinician for the Stapley location in Mesa, AZ to provide outpatient counseling and oversee IOP groups. The role includes intakes, assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning, using evidence-based practices.

Ideal candidates have a Master's degree, AZ license (or eligibility), and experience with co-occurring disorders. EMDR training is a plus; bilingual pay differential may apply. The position offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related discipline is required.
• Arizona behavioral health license or eligibility is required/preferred.
• Experience treating co‑occurring disorders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling to adults, children, adolescents, families, couples, and groups.
• Run IOP groups as assigned.
• Perform intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and charting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with clients and/or families.
• Coordinate services with state, federal, and local agencies.
