Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Arizona license or eligibility for license from Arizona Board.
• Background check clearance required per policy.
• First Aid/CPR may be needed and ability to perform.
• Experience with diverse populations; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to clients.
• Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning.
• Maintain clinical records and implement plans.
• Coordinate services with state and local agencies.
• Deliver client-centered outpatient services to individuals/families.
